ROASTED PORK TENDERLOIN & POTATOES

Easy and delicious pork tenderloin glazed with a garlic sweet sauce. Roasted new potatoes coated in fresh herbs and parmesan cheese.

This recipe is super easy to make. Mix up the seasonings toss everything on a baking sheet, stick it in the oven, and go take a nap. it’s that easy. I didn’t even make that much of a mess making it. That’s impressive for me, lol

 

WHAT YOU NEED

pork tenderloin
brown sugar
minced garlic
soy sauce
balsamic vinegar
crushed red pepper flakes
smoked paprika
new potatoes
canola oil
salt
black pepper
Italian blend herbs
garlic powder
grated parmesan cheese

 

HOW TO MAKE IT

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place tenderloin in the center of a piece of aluminum foil. Fold up the sides to make an edge around the tenderloin, so the juices don’t escape. Place the foil along with the tenderloin in the baking pan. Whisk together brown sugar, garlic, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, red pepper flakes, and paprika. Pour over pork tenderloin, then turn to coat all sides.

Cut the potatoes in half and add to a bowl. Drizzle oil, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese on the potatoes, toss to coat.

Bake for 45 minutes, turning in the sauce every 5 minutes. Set the oven to broil and broil for 5 minutes. Check every minute to make sure it doesn’t burn. Slice the tenderloin at a 90-degree angle. Serve with a side of veggies and enjoy.

  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 lb new potatoes (cut in half)
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian blend herbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
