Tips, Tricks & Tasty Variations

Cooking Tips:

  • Don’t overcrowd the pan when searing the salmon — a good sear gives the best flavor and texture.
  • Start with ½ tsp xanthan gum and add more only if you want a thicker sauce.
  • Use oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes for extra richness, or dry-packed if you prefer less oil.

Tasty Variations:

  • Swap salmon for chicken thighs or shrimp.
  • Add mushrooms or artichoke hearts for extra vegetables.
  • Stir in a handful of fresh basil at the end for brighter flavor.
  • Make it extra cheesy by adding more Parmesan or a little cream cheese.

This Creamy Tuscan Salmon is rich, elegant, and surprisingly easy — the kind of meal that makes any night feel special.Tag me when you make it — I’d love to see that creamy sauce over the cauliflower rice!
