CRANBERRY CHICKEN & RICE

Tangy, sweet and spicy all mixed together with this delicious cranberry chicken served over rice for a scrumptious easy meal.

 

Cranberry. You know it. You can do amazing things with cranberries. Today I have this juicy, tangy, sweet, and spicy cranberry chicken that is so dang good. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it.

WHAT YOU NEED

whole cranberry sauce
sweet and spicy honey french salad dressing
onion soup mix
boneless chicken breast
rice
zucchini (optional)

 

HOW TO MAKE IT

preheat oven to 325 F. In a medium bowl whisk together the cranberry sauce, salad dressing, and soup mix. set aside.

Cut the chicken into cubes and combine them with the cranberry sauce mixture.

Pour in a baking dish and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.

Cook rice according to package directions. Slice the zucchini and saute in a pan. To serve spoon a serving of rice on a plate and top with a spoon of the chicken mixture. Serve and enjoy

  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 16 oz sweet and spicy honey french salad dressing
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 4 boneless chicken breast
  • 1 1/2 cup white rice (uncooked)
  • 2 zucchini (optional)

  • preheat oven to 325
