Bang Bang Corn
BANG BANG CORN
Tangy butter sauce seasoned with garlic, sriracha, and sweet chili sauce glazed over the corn and then grilled to tender juicy goodness.
Summer grilling to so yummy. Corn is one of the most loved grilled veggies. This is so easy to do so let’s spice it up a bit with some bang bang sauce. It’s not too hot. It just has a little kick.
WHAT YOU NEED
sweet chili sauce
butter
sriracha sauce
minced garlic
lime juice
salt
black pepper
corn on the cob
cilantro
HOW TO MAKE IT
Turn the grill on and get it all heated up. In a medium bowl, mix together chili sauce, butter, Sriracha, garlic, and lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Slather half the butter mixture all over the corn. Grill the corn, turning and basting with remaining bang bang butter occasionally, until tender and charred, 10 to 15 minutes.
Garnish with cilantro and serve.

Ingredients
- 6 corn on cob
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 3 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- cilantro for garnish (chopped)
Instructions
- Turn the grill on and get it all heated up.
