- 6 corn on cob
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 3 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- cilantro for garnish (chopped)
Turn the grill on and get it all heated up.
In a medium bowl, mix together chili sauce, butter, sriracha, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Slather half the butter mixture all over the corn.
Grill the corn, turning and basting with remaining bang bang butter occasionally, for about 15 minutes.
Garnish with cilantro and serve.
