Homestyle Turkey Meatloaf
HOMESTYLE TURKEY MEATLOAF
Delicious healthy homestyle meatloaf that is full of flavor and served with a side of mashed potatoes and green beans.
This healthy version of the classic meatloaf is a favorite around my house. I have been making it for years. It’s easy and so delicious that I never have any leftovers for sandwiches, lol
WHAT YOU NEED
ground turkey
sweet onion
egg whites
salsa
old fashioned oats
onion soup mix
black pepper
ketchup
butter buds
black pepper
frozen green beans
package mashed potatoes
HOW TO MAKE IT
Preheat oven to 350 degrees In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, onion, egg whites, salsa, oats, soup mix, and black pepper.
Press mixture into a loaf on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Spread ketchup over the top. Bake until meatloaf is no longer pink in the middle, about 60 minutes.
Make potatoes with 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1 tbsp butter buds. Make the green beans with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 1 tbsp butter buds.
Serve and enjoy.

- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup salsa
- 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 package frozen green beans
- 1 package mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 2 tbsp butter buds
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
