Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 sweet onion (diced)
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 package frozen green beans
  • 1 package mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 tbsp butter buds
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, onion, egg whites, salsa, oats, soup mix, and black pepper.
  • Press mixture into a loaf on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and spread ketchup over the top.
  • Bake until meatloaf is no longer pink in the middle, about 60 minutes.
  • Make potatoes with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/2 cup skim milk, and butter buds.
  • Make the green beans with 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1 tbsp butter buds.
  • Serve and enjoy.
