In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the beef & sausage, breaking it up until fully cooked, drain the excess fat.
Stir in the marinara sauce until mixed well, and set aside.
In a medium bow, combine the ricotta cheese, half the mozzarella, parmesan, egg, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Fold together until mixed well.
Spread half cup of the meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish-lay 3 oven-ready lasagna noodles over it as your foundation.
Top the noodles with half cup of meat sauce, 3/4 cup of the cheese mixture, and a handful of spinach, and 1/4 cup mozzarella. Repeat this layering for 3 more layers, making sure to completely cover the last layer of noodles with cheese and marinara..
Place the uncovered lasagna in the smoker at 200F, and cook for 15 minutes.
Cover the lasagna with foil, increase the smoker temperature to 450 and cook for 40 minutes.
Remove the foil and cook for another 20 minutes.
Let the lasagna rest for 15 minutes before serving.
Serve and enjoy.
