Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Place tenderloin in the center of a piece of aluminum foil. Fold up the sides to make an edge around the tenderloin, so the juices dont escape.
Place the foil along with the tenderloin on the baking sheet.
whisk together brown sugar, garlic, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, red pepper flakes, and paprika.
Pour over the pork tenderloin, then turn to coat all sides.
Cut the potatoes in half and add to a bowl.
Drizzle oil, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese on the potatoes, toss to coat.
Stick the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 45 minutes, turning the tenderloin in the sauce ever 10 minutes.
Set the oven to broil, and broil for 5 minutes. Checking often to make sure it doesn't burn.
Slice the tenderloin at a 90-degree angle.
Serve and enjoy with a side of veggies.
