Slice mushrooms, chop the onions, and dice the bell pepper.
Cook ravioli according to package directions.
Lightly spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium heat.
Add mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, garlic, and black pepper.
Cook and stir 3-4 minutes or until cegetables are tender and all the liquid is absorbed.
Reduce heat to low and add cream cheese and evaporated milk.
Stir until cream cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
Stir in creamed spinach, and simmer over low heat 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
Pour vegetable mixture over ravioli and gently toss.
serve immediatly with a side salad and garlic bread.
