Heat 2 tsp olive oil in skillet on medium heat.
Pan-fry the chicken covered for 5 minutes per side.
Transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside.
In the same skillet add the garlic and saute until slightly browned.
Add the honey, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper, whisking to combine.
Return the chicken to the sauce and turn to coat well and let finish cooking in the sauce.
Turn the heat down to low to keep warm with the lid on.
Serve and enjoy with a side of rice and a veggie.
