Preheat oven to 200 degrees F
Combine the first 3 ingredients, along with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper in a shallow dish
Place each pork chop between 2 sheets of plastic wrap, and flatten to 1/8 inch thickness
Sprinkle pork with remaining 1 tsp each of salt and pepper
Place flour in a shallow dish
Place egg whites in another shallow dish
Heat 1 1/2 tbsp oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat
Dredge pork in flour, dip in egg whites, and dredge in breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
Cook pork chops 5 minutes per side or until goldn
Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet and place in the oven to keep warm
Repeat with remaining pork chops
