Thai sweet chili sauce

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F
Cook the rice according to package directions
Spray Baking dish with cooking spray
Place the salmon skin-side down in the baking dish
Season with salt and pepper
Pour half the sweet chili sauce over top and spread evenly
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes
Remove from the oven and spread the remaining chili sauce over top
Return to oven and broil for 5 more minutes
Chop the green onions
Cook the broccoli
Serve and enjoy
