Preheat broiler.
Steam cubed new potatoes in a covered saucepan until tender.
Mix teriyaki marinade, garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
Lightly spray a broiler pan with cooking spray.
Place salmon fillets on the pan, skin-side down, and brush with the teriyaki marinade.
Broil salmon 6 inches from the top for 10 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
Combine the salad greens, basil, oregano, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar in a medium bowl and toss.
Divide tossed salad between 4 sperate plates, Place a broiled salmon fillets over the top, and spread some new potatoes around.
Top the salmon and salad with a squeeze of fresh lemon, black pepper, and salt.
Serve and enjoy.
