Monterey Chicken
MONTEREY CHICKEN
This amazing chicken recipe is cooked in a honey sauce and smothered in BBQ sauce topped with melty cheese and finished with crunchy bacon pieces, diced tomatoes, and green onions.
This is an incredibly delicious meal. It’s very easy to make and everybody will love it. It has BBQ sauce, bacon, and cheese on it. Of course, everybody likes it, lol
WHAT YOU NEED
chicken breast
Worcestershire sauce
honey
soy sauce
minced garlic
BBQ sauce
bacon
cheddar cheese
green onions
HOW TO MAKE IT
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pound chicken breast until it is somewhat flattened, and season with salt and pepper. Add Worcestershire, honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a nonstick skillet.
Cook chicken breast until done.
Cook bacon until crispy, and chop to small pieces. Shred the cheese and slice the green onions. When the chicken is done transfer to a baking sheet. Top chicken breast with BBQ sauce, and cheese.
Broil chicken breast in the oven for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with chopped tomatoes, chives, and bacon.
Serve and enjoy.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breast
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 4 tbsp bbq sauce
- 8 slices bacon (chopped)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 3 green onions (sliced)
- 1 tomato (diced)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Pound chicken breast to flatten out a bit. season with salt and pepper.
- Add Worcestershire, honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a nonstick skillet, and cook chicken breast until done.
- Cook bacon until crispy
- Chop the bacon, shred the cheese, dice the tomato and dice the onions.
- When the chicken is done transfer to a baking sheet.
- Top the chicken with BBQ sauce, bacon, and cheese.
- Broil the chicken breast in the oven for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with chopped tomatoes and green onions.
- Serve and enjoy with mashed potatoes and a veggie.
