How to Make Instant Pot Cajun Seafood Gumbo
-
Sauté the Aromatics: Set the Instant Pot to Sauté mode. Heat olive oil and add onion, bell peppers, and celery. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
-
Build the Base: Add diced tomatoes, broth, Cajun seasoning, and the bay leaf. Stir well to combine.
-
Pressure Cook: Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to Pressure Cook (Manual) on High for 10 minutes. Once done, allow a 5-minute natural release, then carefully quick-release any remaining pressure.
