-
½ tsp ground black pepper (a shadow whisper)
-
½ tsp salt (the seasoning rune)

9 tbsp. butter (more creamy magic)
- 4 oz. cream cheese (velvety blend)
-
3 cups heavy cream (the rich tide)
-
3 cups Parmesan cheese, grated (golden loot)
-
3 cloves minced garlic (the bold herald)
-
16 oz. fettuccine pasta (the pasta scrolls)

Garlic bread (the crusty ally)

Caesar salad (the crisp companion)
How to Forge Your Feast (The Quest Steps):
-
-
Boil the Scrolls: Fill a large pot with salted water and bring it to a roaring boil over high heat. Add the 16 oz. fettuccine and cook according to package runes—drain and set aside, warm and ready.
-
Season the Bounty: Heat 2 tbsp. butter in a large skillet over medium-high flame. Add the 1 ½ lbs. shredded rotisserie chicken, ½ tsp Italian seasoning, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp paprika, ½ tsp onion powder, and ½ tsp black pepper—stir to coat and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden and fragrant. Remove the chicken and set aside.
-
Awaken the Elixir: Lower the heat to medium and melt the remaining 9 tbsp. butter in the skillet. Add 3 cloves minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds—let its aroma herald the feast!
-
Brew the Cream: Slowly whisk in 3 cups heavy cream, and the cream cheese—when it begins to bubble, gradually stir in 3 cups grated Parmesan cheese. Whisk steadily until the sauce is smooth and lump-free, a velvety potion born!
-
Unite the Forces: Add the cooked fettuccine and seasoned chicken back to the skillet—toss gently until every strand and shred is cloaked in creamy Alfredo glory.

Tips, Tricks & Tasty Variations
This Alfredo is a creamy classic reborn, but every Kitchen Quest hero needs a few clever moves and twists to master the craft. Here’s how to wield your skills and remix this dish like a true flavor bard!
Cooking Tricks:
-
Sauce Sorcery: Reserve ½ cup pasta water to thin the sauce if it thickens too much—keeps it silky like a master’s touch!
-
Chicken Hack: Warm the rotisserie chicken in the microwave for 1 minute before adding—speeds up the skillet step.
-
Cheese Melt: Add Parmesan in batches, stirring each in fully—prevents clumping and ensures a smooth elixir.
-
Time Saver: Cook the pasta while the sauce simmers—cuts your quest time down to a swift victory!
Tasty Variations:
-
Spicy Skirmish: Toss in a pinch of red pepper flakes with the garlic—ignite a fiery edge for the bold-hearted!
-
Veggie Vault: Add sautéed mushrooms or spinach to the sauce—extra spoils for your creamy realm.
-
Protein Twist: Swap chicken for shrimp or grilled sausage—new champions to wield the Alfredo crown.
-
Herb Quest: Stir in fresh basil or parsley with the chicken—a fragrant banner to wave proudly.
-
