California Wraps
CALIFORNIA WRAPS
Fresh avocado mixture spread thin over a flour tortilla and stacked with sliced smoked turkey, lettuce, cheddar cheese, and sprouts wrapped together for a delicious healthy lunch.
This wonderful little wrap is a fresh crisp healthy lunch you can enjoy very quickly. The sprouts you can leave or take. I know they are not a favorite with my kids.
WHAT YOU NEED
tomato
green onion
avocado
light sour cream
lemon juice
salt
fat-free tortillas
lettuce leaves
deli smoked turkey
salad mixed sprouts
reduced-fat cheddar cheese
HOW TO MAKE IT
Dice tomato and sliced green onions.
Mash the avocados in a bowl, Stir in sour cream, lemon juice, and salt.
Top each tortilla with a tbsp of avocado mixture and spread.
Cover with one or two lettuce leaves.
Lay 2 turkey slices over the lettuce.
Top with salad sprouts, tomato, green onion, and cheese.
Roll up each tortilla tightly. Cut each wrap in half.
Serve and enjoy

- 1 large tomato (diced)
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 2 tbsp light sour cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 large fat-free tortillas
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 6 oz deli smoked turkey
- 2 oz salad mixed sprouts
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Dice the tomato and slice the green onions.
