Light California Wraps
Picture a fresh avocado mixture spread thin across a hearty wrap, layered with smoky turkey, crisp lettuce, sharp cheddar, and a sprinkle of sprouts, all rolled into a light, healthy dinner.

- 1 large tomato (diced)
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 2 tbsp light sour cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 large fat-free tortillas
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 6 oz deli smoked turkey
- 2 oz salad mixed sprouts
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese (shredded)
Dice the tomato and slice the green onions.
Mash the avocados in a small bowl, Stir in sour cream, lemon juice, and salt.
Top each tortilla with a tbsp of avocado mixture and spread.
Cover with one or two lettuce leaves.
Lay 2 turkey slices over the lettuce.
Top with salad sprouts, tomato, green onion, and cheese.
Roll up each tortilla tightly.
Cut each wrap in half.
Serve and enjoy.
