Light California Wraps

Picture a fresh avocado mixture spread thin across a hearty wrap, layered with smoky turkey, crisp lettuce, sharp cheddar, and a sprinkle of sprouts, all rolled into a light, healthy dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large tomato (diced)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp light sour cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 large fat-free tortillas
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 6 oz deli smoked turkey
  • 2 oz salad mixed sprouts
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese (shredded)

Instructions
 

  • Dice the tomato and slice the green onions.
  • Mash the avocados in a small bowl, Stir in sour cream, lemon juice, and salt.
  • Top each tortilla with a tbsp of avocado mixture and spread.
  • Cover with one or two lettuce leaves.
  • Lay 2 turkey slices over the lettuce.
  • Top with salad sprouts, tomato, green onion, and cheese.
  • Roll up each tortilla tightly.
  • Cut each wrap in half.
  • Serve and enjoy.
