Spicy Beef Ramen
This recipe was inspired by my son. Watching him happily devour those instant ramen packets—loaded with empty calories and little nutritional value—got me thinking: How can I make this better?
This Spicy Beef Ramen is a flavorful, hearty upgrade! First, we ditch the flavor packets and replace them with a rich, savory, and slightly spicy sauce. Then, we add lean ground sirloin, shredded carrots, red peppers, and green onions, letting everything simmer together for a satisfying, twist on a classic favorite.

I like to add a soft boiled egg to each bowl.
If you like it a little sweeter and not so spicy you can add extra brown sugar and leave out the crushed red pepper.
