- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1/2 cup Red Onion
- 1 can Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Cholula
- 4 Wheat Buns
- 4 Slices 2% Cheese
Heat large saute pan on medium heat
Add the ground turkey to the pan and chop with a meat chopper spatula
Chop onions and add to the meat
While the meat is cooking in a mixing bowl combine the tomato sauce, ketchup, bbq sauce, black pepper, cayenne pepper, chili powder, and Cholula
When the meat is done mix the sauce in and continue cooking until thick
Serve on a what bun with a slice of cheese. Enjoy!!!
