- 2 cans tuna (drained)
- 4 tbsp light miracle whip
- 2 tbsp crushed pineapple (drained)
- 2 celery stalks (diced)
- 4 tbsp sweet relish
- 2 tsp yellow mustard
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices whole wheat bread
Drain the tuna and pour it into a mixing bowl.
Add the miracle whip, crushed pineapple, celery, relish, and mustard to the bowl and mix well.
Toast the bread.
Add lettuce to the toasted bread, then pile on the tropical tuna mixture and top it off with the other piece of toasted bread.
