Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium-high.
Boil water for pasta
Cook pasta according to package directions
Slice the veggies.
Add onions, mushrooms, broccoli, bell peppers and garlic. Stir to coat with oil and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until broccoli is bright green.
Stir in shrimp, Szechuan peppers. Ginger, and red peppers flakes, cook for 1 minute.
Stir in tamari and 2 tsp water, and cook for 3 to 4 more minutes, stirring frequently, until shrimp is opaque and vegetables are tender.
Add up to 2 tbs water, if needed to prevent sticking.
Toss the mixture together with noodles.
Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
Serve and enjoy.
