In bowl combine paprika & chili powder. Sprinkle over chicken breasts
Lightly coat a large skillet w/cooking spray & place on med. heat.
Place chicken breasts in skillet; cook for 6 min per side.
Place in a large saucepan over low heat.
Add olive oil & heat for 1 min. stir in hot pepper sauce.
When chicken is done remove from skillet, place in the saucepan & coat evenly with hot pepper sauce mixture.
In a small mixing bowl mix sour cream, sliced green onion & blue cheese.
Place a bun on each of 4 plates, top with lettuce & portion size chicken breast, sliced red onion, and the blue cheese sour cream dressing.
Serve with veggies for dipping and enjoy.
