Dice the tomato and slice the green onions.
Mash the avocados in a small bowl, Stir in sour cream, lemon juice, and salt.
Top each tortilla with a tbsp of avocado mixture and spread.
Cover with one or two lettuce leaves.
Lay 2 turkey slices over the lettuce.
Top with salad sprouts, tomato, green onion, and cheese.
Roll up each tortilla tightly.
Cut each wrap in half.
Serve and enjoy.
