Ingredients
  

  • 8 pieces turkey bacon (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter buds
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups rice (cooked)
  • 3 green onions (chopped)
  • Cholula

Instructions
 

  • Cook rice according to package directions.
  • In a nonstick skillet cook bacon until crispy, about 6 minutes.
  • Lower heat to medium-low and add the eggs, using a spatula move the eggs around the pan until they are fully cooked, about 2 minutes.
  • Add rice and green onions and cook, breaking up the rice if needed with a spatula, until it is heated through, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the seasoning and adjust with additional salt and pepper if needed.
  • Divide between 4 plates and garnish with hot sauce if using and serve immediately.
