- 4 cups romaine lettuce shredded
- 4 tbsp low fat Caesar dressing
- 4 tbsp reduced fat parmesan cheese
- 4 spinach tortillas
In a medium mixing bowl, toss together 1 lb. shredded rotisserie chicken, 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce, 4 tbsp. low-fat Caesar dressing, and 4 tbsp. reduced-fat Parmesan cheese—stir until everything is evenly coated in the creamy, tangy mixture.
Microwave the 4 spinach tortillas for about 20 seconds to soften them—makes them easier to wrap and adds a gentle warmth.
