Instructions
Keto Bread
Preheat oven to 320°F. Line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, beat the 4 eggs, cream cheese, and butter until smooth.
Add the egg white powder and mix well.
Add the baking powder, baking soda, cream of tartar, and beef gelatin. Mix until fully combined.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 53 minutes.
Let the bread cool in the pan for a few minutes, then remove and cool completely before slicing.
French Toast
In a large shallow bowl, whisk together the 2 eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, vanilla extract, allulose, and salt.
Slice the cooled keto bread into thick slices.
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-low heat and melt 1–2 tbsp butter.
Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
Cook for about 3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Add more butter as needed.
Serve hot with butter, sugar-free syrup, and a sprinkle of powdered allulose.
