Instructions
Brew your chai tea extra strong and pull your espresso (or brew very strong coffee). Keep both hot.
In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, combine cream + water, sweetener, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and salt. Heat gently while whisking until steaming hot and smooth.
Froth it like you mean it: use a milk frother, immersion blender, or shake hard in a mason jar for 30–60 seconds until foamy.
Pour the hot chai tea into your favorite big mug, add the espresso shot, then slowly pour in the frothy pumpkin mixture.
Top with a mountain of sugar-free whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon or chai spice.
