Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup panko
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup bbq sauce
  • 1/4 cup pineapple (crushed)
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp diced jalapeno

Toppings

  • BBQ Sauce
  • reduced-fat jalapeno cheese
  • pineapple rings
  • red onion
  • romaine lettuce
  • hamburger buns

Instructions
 

  • In a stand mixer combine all the ingredients until well blended.
  • Form into 6 equal balls and set aside.
  • Heat grill and cook for about 7 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Grill the pineapple rings.
  • Assemble your burger with the fun toppings.
