- 1 Cup White RIce Uncooked
- 1 Cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 Tsp. Minced Garlic
- 1/4 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp. Cornstarch
- 4 Chicken Breasts
Cook rice according to package directions.
Heat the franks red hot sauce, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and red peppers in a small saucepan until hot.
Whist in the cornstarch until thick.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season the chicken breast with jalapeno salt and ground red pepper.
Add to the pan and brown for about 5 minutes each side.
Transfer to a baking dish. Pour the firecracker sauce over the top.
Bake for 20 minutes.
