Boil water for cooking pasta
Cook pasta according to package directions
Melt 1 stick of butter in a large frying pan
In a bowl mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Dredge tilapia in flour mixture and add to the frying pan
Cook for 4 minutes per side until flaky
Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm
Dice the tomato, jalapeno, garlic, and parsley
In the frying pan add the other stick of butter, minced jalapeno, garlic, and spinach
Sautee for a few minutes until spinach is wilted
Add the heavy cream and lemon juice stir until thick
Toss the jalapeno cream sauce with the pasta, 1/4 cup to serve on top
Plate pasta and tilapia with a little sauce garnished with diced tomatoes and parsley
