Instructions
preheat oven to 400 F
Peel and dice the butternut squash
Place the diced squash on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes
in a large pot brown the Italian Sausage chopping with a meat chopper
Chop the onions and bell pepper and add to the sausage
Continue browning the meat.
When the meat is done add the remaining ingredients and continue cooking.
When the squash is done add to the pot and cook for 20 minutes
Blend the soup with a stick blender to the desired consistency
Serve and enjoy
