Turkey Reuben Panini
TURKEY REUBEN PANINI
Thick juicy roasted turkey, swiss cheese, and sourkraut layered over spicy brown mustard and served between two pieces of marbled rye bread.
Easy and full of flavor. This healthy version of the Reuben sandwich is extremely yummy and easy on the waistline. I usually make these for dinner. But, they could easily be made for lunch.
WHAT YOU NEED
sliced roasted turkey
2% swiss cheese
spicy brown mustard
sourkraut
marbled rye bread
butter-flavored cooking spray
HOW TO MAKE IT
Heat a panini press. Spread the spicy mustard over two slices of rye bread. Layer swiss cheese, turkey, and sourkraut, and top with the other piece of rye bread.
Spray the panini press with cooking spray. Cook your sandwiches for 4 minutes. Make as many as you like.

Ingredients
- 1 package marble rye bread
- 5 tbsp spicy brown mustard
- 1 package 2% swiss cheese
- 1 package roasted turkey (sliced)
- 1 can sourkraut
- 1 butter-flavored cooking spray
Instructions
- Heat a panini press
- Spread spicy mustard over two slices of rye bread
- layer swiss cheese, turkey, and sourkraut
- top with the other slice of bread mustard side down
- cook on the panini press for 4 minutes
- serve and enjoy
