CHEDDAR BISCUITS

Hello, my foodie friends!

Today, I’m letting you in on a little obsession of mine: homemade Cheddar Biscuits! You know those fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth cheddar biscuits from Red Lobster? Yep, those irresistible bites of heaven—I had to recreate them at home. I could seriously make a meal out of these buttery, garlicky beauties all by themselves. Picture this: golden biscuits loaded with shredded cheddar that melts into every flaky layer, brushed with a garlic-butter glow that’s pure bliss. I know, I know—this isn’t my usual healthy fare, but sometimes you’ve got to treat yourself to a little high-calorie love. And trust me, these bad boys are so worth it!
They’re the ultimate sidekick to soups, pasta, or seafood. I whipped up two batches to pair with my Light Crab Bisque, and guess what? Every single one vanished before we even left the table. These biscuits are that good—get ready to fall hard!

Ingredients You’ll NEED

2 1/2 Cups Bisquick Mix
1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Water

Garlic Butter

1 Stuck Unsalted Butter
1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp Dried Parsley

How to make It

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine the biscuit mix and cheese in a small bowl. Add the water and stir just until combined.

Step 2:

The dough will be slightly moist. Drop the dough by tablespoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet.

Step 3:

Bake for about 10 minutes, until the biscuits are firm and beginning to brown.

Step 4:

In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic powder, salt, and parsley flakes. Mix well.

Step 5:

As soon as you bring the biscuits from the oven, brush them with the garlic butter using a pastry brush
