Smoked Cheesy Meatloaf

I have to say, this is hands-down the BEST meatloaf I’ve ever had! Every bite is packed with bold, smoky flavor, melty cheese, and a rich, tangy BBQ sauce that takes it to the next level. And did I mention it’s stuffed with cheese? Yep, this isn’t your average meatloaf—it’s a flavor explosion that’ll have everyone coming back for seconds!

Notes

I like to mix my cheese directly into the meatloaf so it stays locked in and doesn’t escape while cooking. But if you’re craving that ooey-gooey, cheesy center, you can always shape the meat into a bowl, stuff it with cheese, and seal it up for the ultimate stuffed cheese meatloaf. Either way, you’re in for a delicious, melty bite every time!
